PBP’s Fall Trend List: Snakeskin/Python

The whole month of September is dedicated to the trends we love! Leopard will always be our traditional print. We are naming leopard “the new neutral”. It pretty much goes with anything…but we are urging you to try something new that can be your neutral for the fall. SNAKESKIN!

Snakeskin or Python isn’t the ordinary that you are thinking of.. the drab colors..they are offered in different colors and we LIKE! Get the point after this…

Lady Gaga perfected the snakeskin look in a yellow knee length dress. Very elegant and funky…This dress doesn’t need much work as the fashion icon already knew that and just added a black belt and pumps.

Jennifer Lopez went with an oversized dress and knee boots in the animal print. We wouldn’t suggest to pair the two just because its a little too over the top. We stress here at Point.Blank.Period. for the effortlessly fab fashion and this is not a great example.

Either or would be approved for our snakeskin trend. Like the dress?? Pair with a pair of great colored booties...we vote for hot pink! Bright colors and animal prints are great for fall. So you want the over the knee boots? That’s fine as well. Pick any solid color (try the color oxblood) dress to go with the boots, minimal jewelry and you are all set.

One of our PBP Muses, Rihanna, always does things her own way. And with her python boots, she proves why her way works. She dressed her boots down and it works for her! She thought oxblood would look great as well ;-). See?? We know our stuff at PBP.

Here’s a few of our favorite things:
